Two years in the making, an epic debut album with stunning musicianship, welcome to 2013 & Code Of Silence.

The brainchild of respected U.K. melodic rock producer/ musician / songwriter Paul Logue (Edens Curse) and his friend and musical journeyman James Murray, the album Dark Skies Over Babylon will appeal to lovers of melodic hard rock and metal, with shades of prog.

Code Of Silence is a fresh-sounding take on heavy but highly melodic rock. Listeners will find many reference points but the band is truly a sum of its parts: five guys who have fashioned a modern masterpiece in a sometimes predictable and certainly overcrowded genre.

Album Reviews:

"Very infectious and the guitar work is well worth checking out..."

(Burrn, Japan)

"...an exceptional heavy melodic album...such musical maturity for a debut album allows us to predict a brilliant future...All compositions are strong ... keyboards present without being intrusive and creates atmosphere to support guitarist Ben Randall. His playing is amazing. He manages to express his feelings with his instrument as few succeed...The full album, produced by a great team, can be enjoyed as a single malt, flavours delicate and full-bodied at the same time."

4/5
(Metal Obs, France)

"Taken in the round, this is a fabulous rock album. The band are as tight as a gnat's chuff, and whilst Monsanto and Randall will (deservedly) take the plaudits, keysman Scott McLean and the engine room of drummer John Clelland and bassman James Murray deserve much more than a mere mention in dispatches.

This would be a five star album for an established band at the top of rock's pecking order. As a debut album it's simply stunning."

5/5
(Get Ready to ROCK!, UK)

"Stellar...there's a perfect combination of heaviness, melody, hooks, and rock groove. Along side these things is very strong song composition, artfully merging the arrangement with every instrument."

5/5
(Dangerdog, USA)

"This could be one of the best debuts you'll hear this year... If you like guitar-driven, highly melodic, hard rock fused with metal and you like bands such as Dokken, Iron Maiden, and even Dream Theater you'll find something (everything?) of interest. And to the band's credit they have come up with an album that repays repeated listens. A quite stunning debut."

10/10
(Ultimate Guitar.Com)

"...catchy melodies, strong arrangements, mighty riffs and use of epic Queen-like choirs. Guitars are actually the high spot of the album. Ben Randall is a very talented musician, every solo is clearly and virtuously played, he perfectly managed to perform both beautiful slow parts and ultra-fast passages... fans of Melodic Metal/Hard Rock and guitar virtuoso-worshipers should surely pay attention to 'Dark Skies Over Babylon'."
